Composition:
Each tablet contains the active ingredient Oclacitinib Maleate, a potent immunomodulator.

Dosage:
For dogs up to 10 kg body weight: One 5.4mg tablet twice daily for up to 14 days, then once daily.

For dogs 20 kg and above One 16mg tablet twice daily for up to 14 days, then once daily.

Directions for Use:
Administer the dosage as recommended by your veterinarian.
The tablet can be given directly to your pet or mixed with their food.

Dose:

APOQUEL may be given with or without food.
APOQUEL may be discontinued without tapering.
