Features:
Pancresolve tablets from Vivaldis for dogs & cats provide enzymatic therapy for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. It helps in cases where enzyme production by the pancreas is reduced which decreases nutrition absorption and rapid weight loss despite good food intake. Exocrine pancreatic enzymes enable good digestion of carbohydrates, proteins & fats.
Some clinical signs of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency are Oily/ fatty stools, excessive hunger without weight gain, persistent diarrhea non-responsive to regular treatment, a large volume of loose stools, and rapid weight loss. Can be clinically diagnosed using Serum CPL(Canine pancreas-specific lipase)(normal value >400 μg/L), Serum TLI(Trysine Immunoreactivity)(reference value dogs <5 μg/L, Cats <8 μg/L), and ultrasonography.
Pancresolve tabs contain protease which helps break down protein into smaller polypeptides, Lipase which helps break down fats into monoglycerides, and free fatty acids, and amylase which helps break down carbs into monosaccharides and simple sugars.
The usual dosage is 1 tab per 10kg body weight 15mins before the meal. Use under vet guidance.
